Launch into Summer with Medieval Engineering Magic!
Celebrate the end of the school year by building something awesome! In this 2-hour workshop designed for kids ages 8-14, young makers will construct their very own wooden tabletop catapult while learning fundamental woodworking skills, basic physics principles, and fascinating medieval history.
What They'll Make: Each participant will build a fully functional wooden catapult with a spring-loaded arm, adjustable tension, and a sturdy base. These handcrafted siege weapons are perfect for launching the included soft pom-poms (and perhaps marshmallows at home).

Simple mechanics and physics of projectile motion
Measuring, marking, and assembly techniques
Medieval history and the role of catapults
Problem-solving and fine motor skills
