Three full spring break days of making, creating, and racing! Campers tackle two exciting projects using real woodworking tools and techniques.

Dates: March 23-25, 2026 

Morning Project: Build a 3' x 1.5' raised garden bed
Afternoon Project: Create and race a pinewood derby car

Daily Schedule:

• Day 1: Cut and shape garden bed + Design and cut derby car

• Day 2: Assemble and finish garden bed + Paint and decorate car

• Day 3: Final touches on garden bed + DERBY RACE on borrowed scout track!

  Drop Off: 9am Half Day Pick Up:12pm | Full Day Pick Up: 3pm

What They'll Learn:

• Safe tool use and woodworking fundamentals

• Measuring, cutting, and assembly skills

• Creative design and painting techniques

• Sportsmanship and friendly competition

• Confidence in their capabilities
